Bay
Each waiting job already has the next attendant in the queue picked: press Start, then send it to QC when it's done.

Quality control
Inspect the job in person, answer every question, then pass it to payment or send it back to the bay.
Payment
M-Pesa, cash, card or debtor account. Confirm the money before pressing Paid.
Cash-up
Day-end cash-up & banking
At closing, reconcile the day's sales against what came in by M-Pesa, cash and card, then bank all the cash takings intact to the company account. Nothing is paid out of the day's cash. There should be no shortfall; if there is one at cash-up or at the bank, it is charged to the branch manager's daily allowance.

Carpet centre
The carpet centre runs as its own branch. A carpet checked in at any branch goes straight into the centre's Bay to be allocated, cleaned, checked and paid for. Finalise each carpet here once it is paid.

Daily commission & allowance payout
Message each cleaner their commission, and the branch manager their daily allowance (less any cash-up shortfall). When they reply, record whether they were paid or want it rolled over to the next day.
Cleaner commission (20% of service value)
Product sales earn no commission. Free loyalty washes earn full commission on the package price. Jobs with several cleaners split the commission equally. Turnaround is check-in to QC pass.
Work queue for the day
Every attendant listed for the branch in Settings is in the queue; no clock-in is needed. Whoever has done the fewest jobs today is first, and each attendant moves to the back when they start a job. Every job not given to the next in the queue carries the manager's explanation.

Credit sales come from Payment. Record what customers pay back below.Credit customers
Only these customers can be served on credit. A limit of 0 means no limit. Changes save on their own.
Leave the search empty to see every paid record for the period. A partial registration like KBT finds every KBT vehicle.
Branches
Name · status · opening date. Changes here save on their own. A branch that is opening soon can record its set-up costs under Expenses. Close a branch instead of deleting it so its history stays.
Carpet centre
When on, every carpet is cleaned at one centre by its own team. Branches receive and hand back carpets and take payment; the centre cleans and checks them. Carpet attendants have their branch set to Carpet centre below. Saves on its own.

Loyalty programme
Each registration earns a free body wash. Only paid vehicle washes count toward it; carpets, helmets, shoes and products don't. Cleaners earn commission on reward washes too.

Users & logins
Each person signs in with their name and PIN. Branch managers can use Check-in, Bay, QC, Payment and Cash-up for their own branch only. Blocking someone signs them out straight away.
Branch manager
A day's allowance goes to the manager who did that day's cash-up.
Earned for every day the shop trades and paid out with the cleaners' commission. Any shortfall at the day-end cash-up or in the cash banked is charged to the manager and deducted from that day's allowance; if it is bigger than the allowance, the rest is deducted from the following days.
